Curriculum is based on Karen K & the Jitterbugs Music Classes, featuring your favorite kids' songs including songs from the award-winning tot-rock band, Karen K & the Jitterbugs. Caitlin directed and choreographed the musical Tick, Tick... Boom! alongside music director Kristin Killian at Colonial Chorus Players. Caitlin was awarded Best Director of a Musical 2023 from EMACT DASH, and was also nominated. The production also received an EMACT DASH award for lead actor in a musical (Jeff Mitchell), and was nominated for: Best Choreography (Caitlin Beckman)Best Musical, Best Musical Direction (Kristin Killian), Best Stage Management (Heather Hamilton), Best Ensemble Performance (Sean Donnelly, Kara Chu Nelson, Jeff Mitchell, Melissa Paz), Best Supporting Performer in a Female-Identifying Role (Kara Chu Nelson), Best Set Dressing for a Musical (Caitlin Beckman and Fred Gallagher), Best Lighting Design (Tim Gregor). "Cousin Party"
Caitlin assistant-directed and coordinated the music video filming of award-winning singer/song-writer, Karen K's single "Cousin Party," from her album The Blue Bike Chronicles. The music video was directed by Mike Kirsch of Unique New York Productions. (Caitlin can also be seen making a cameo as one of the "aunties" at the pool party.)

She was a Youth Entertainment Cast Member, hosting interactive programs for children visiting the resorts' drop-off centers. She could also be found planning and coordinating extravagant events for children and their families staying at Disney World's world-class resorts, hosting the Grand Floridian's Pirate Adventure Cruise and Wonderland Tea Party, and facilitating classes in Epcot for the Youth Education Series.

Guests got to hear the Christmas story told by a series of celebrity narrators such as Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris, and Whoopi Goldberg accompanied by a fifty piece orchestra and mass choir featuring Epcot's own Voices of Liberty!

Caitlin, Hannah Kintner, and Kelly Coolen performed as the "Dapper Dames" at the Night of Stars talent competition in Disney's Hollywood Studios in November of 2013 with nineteen other incredibly talented acts. They were one of five overall winners, taking home the "Best Vocals" award!
